Ok so I don't have road rage, per se, but it involves a vehicle. The bookmobile to be exact. I went in today to install some wheel covers we recieved in the winter. We waited til it was nice weather and we are having a summer social at the Library in a few days so we wanted to put them on.

I spent an hour cleaning off the dirt and break dust from the hupcaps. We get the boxes out and start to look at the parts only to realize that we had 4 front wheel covers. We are supossed to have 2 front (convex) and 2 rear (concave).

Our shipping clerk never opened both boxes, just the one. Forget the fact that both are labeled "Front 22.5" on them. That would have been my first clue. So we have had the wrong parts for at least 4 months sitting in boxes because they accepted the shipment without checking to make sure it was correct. Needless to say I was pissed off.

I went in special on my day off just to do this and couldn't. All I want is people to do their job--even the bare minimum. That is all I ask.
